RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We will gladly accept any returns on new merchandise 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order as long as you follow our return guidelines. Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond these period will not be accepted.

All refunds are subject to final approval from our return department and will be refunded to the original form of payment. No refunds or exchanges will be issued before the return process is completed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any shipping charges.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Orders canceled before being shipped won’t incur any fees.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
